Door-to-door road freight from China to Vietnam, customs cleared at both ends. Two consolidation warehouses in Dongguan and Shaoxing, from a few kilograms of samples to a full 45ft container. You do not deal with customs yourself. We prepare and file the full document set at both ends.

What this service covers

1. We guide your supplier in China to deliver the goods to our consolidation warehouse in Shaoxing or Dongguan, or we send a truck to collect the goods from the supplier’s warehouse.
2. We load the goods at the consolidation warehouse and run them to the China – Vietnam land border gates: Huu Nghi, Mong Cai, Chi Ma.
3. We prepare and check the import and export document set, advise on international payment terms, handle the full export customs procedure at the China end under the exporter’s authorisation, and apply for the China Certificate of Origin where the shipment needs one.
4. We file the import declaration in Vietnam and act as customs broker for the Vietnamese importer, at both the local customs office and the border gate customs. The declaration is filed in your company’s name and you keep control of the shipment.
5. We receive the Chinese vehicle entering Vietnam, supervise transloading at the import border gate, complete the customs supervision procedure, seal the cargo and deliver it to the importer’s warehouse in Vietnam.
